Brenda Stacey

Associate   

Brenda Stacey was born and raised in San Jose, California.  She graduated from San Jose State University in 2000 and from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2002.  During law school, Ms. Stacey broadened her education through cross-educational programs and organizations including the Student Bar Association, United Government of Graduate Students and Christian Legal Society.  She completed an internship supervised by Concerned Women for America, concentrating her research on the impact of legal privileges on children.

Ms. Stacey joined the firm in 2007 to focus her practice in the area of family law after practicing general civil litigation and bankruptcy.  She routinely handles cases concerning divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, modifications, as well as guardianships and conservatorships.

Ms. Stacey has been a member of the California Bar since 2003, the Missouri Bar since 2005, and is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association.  In addition, she is currently organizing the first bar association for women in Jefferson County.

Ms. Stacey is active in multiple community organizations and activities, including Rotary International and her church.  She lives in Arnold, Missouri with her husband and three children.
